This equipment adopts vertical closed tank structure, which saves floor space and reduces the area requirements for equipment installation. The whole equipment structure is divided into three parts, the lower base part is distributed with hydraulic stations, fans and high-thrust hydraulic stirring shafts. The middle part is double-layer heat insulation tank, equipment automatic control system, single-side base fertilizer discharge device, etc. The inner wall of the tank is lined with 304 stainless steel plate, which can effectively prolong the life of the tank and reduce the residue of rot clinker. Insulation layer (thickness can be customized according to different regional environment), the outer wall is made of thick steel plate to support the tank body. The upper part is composed of wind and rain shed, detection platform and exhaust facilities. The heat exchange device can make full use of the naturally-occurring high-temperature gas inside the tank body to initially heat the intake air to increase the energy utilization rate, ensure the fermentation effect, reduce the power consumption of the equipment, and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
